Refund policy

Please ensure that when choosing an item you are choosing carefully as we do not offer refund or exchange for change of mind as our products are all perishable, sealed goods that aren't suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened.

Refunds are only available if items you have received are damaged or not as ordered. If this is the case, please contact email info@gmasterusa.com for assistance.

Please note, if you are returning an item to GMASTER USA, the item must be returned still sealed and in it's original condition.
