I LOVE Shred Maxx 2.0 ! I bought it a few months ago and I didn’t open it until I started the gym. I finally started the gym 8 months postpartum. I used to take pre work out before my pregnancy and shred maxx is 1000000 times better! It gives me the push and drive to get through AT LEAST 45 mins of cardio and then 2-3 different weight exercises Monday - Friday. I have dropped 4 kilos in less than a month. This is only by taking shreddmaxx and going to the gym Monday to Friday. I also follow a diet but I’m not always so strict on myself otherwise I tend to get turned off so let’s just say healthy eating. I don’t have an energy crash and every time I leave the gym I am dripping in sweat and FEELING GREAT. Sometimes I even enjoy a small coffee after the gym and I don’t get jitters or anything! I also have realised I’m getting more things done during the day at home, more than I used too, it helps me with energy through out the whole day. I used to suffer from fatigue due to low iron. Shredmaxx is something else!! I used to have such bad brain fog and was tired all the time. I was always down and just felt defeated. I went to so many different doctors and did so many tests trying to figure out what was wrong with me and no one ever found anything wrong so they all would end up saying I must be depressed or have anxiety which is normal after a baby but I just felt so terrible and guilty cause I have 2 healthy babies so why do I feel so down. Anyways I finally tried this out and not even exaggerating within 30 mins I wanted to work out, I was happy and full of energy.
